The Fleet Science Center (fka Rueben H. Fleet Science Center) is an educational staple for native San Diegans. The museum needed a rebrand that connected with the experience of it's attractions. Given its playful foundation, I took a dynamic approach to the logo with a simple execution. The objective was to make a logo that changed in relation to science. The logo shows the position of the sun to earth so that it changes throughout the day. I wanted to give a clean and reserved look through out the deliverables.
The refresh expands from digital experience to print collateral and environmental design. Experience is important for Fleet so the visual communication on all media is set to make the visit easier.
